Shipping & Returns

We are extremely grateful you’ve chosen to shop with us! 

Ground shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $50.00 and orders over $50.00 are FREE!  We ship items within 2-3 business days of ordering.  Orders ship visa USPS, which should arrive to you within 2-4 days based on where you live.  If you would like to have your order sooner, we can express ship your items at your expense.  Please choose Express Shipping at checkout or call us at 701-742-5683 (LOFT) and we will ship them express.

We know you’ll love your new items from The Loft on Main, but please be sure to inspect the items immediately upon receipt.  Please contact us right away, if the merchandise is defective.  You have 3 days from receipt of the items to notify us.  We want you to be pleased with your items and get the items you want so we’ll do our best to get the items right back out to you.

• Items must be unworn, no makeup, perfume, deodorant or other stains.  No refund will will be given & items will be returned to you.
• Clearance/Sale items are NON-RETURNABLE.  Policy is strictly enforced.
• Returns must be received in Original/New Condition, unused with tags attached.  Original invoice must be included with the return form.
• Store Credit will be given for all returns (original & return shipping not refunded)
• Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of date on original invoices.
